All payments for the German Conversation Course are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been completed and the participant’s place in the course has been reserved, the payment cannot be returned or refunded, including if the participant:

• Decides not to participate in the course
• Is unable to attend scheduled sessions
• Misses individual sessions
• Chooses to discontinue the course after registration

By completing the payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy before reserving their place.

In exceptional circumstances, Affluent Academics may, at its sole discretion, consider an alternative arrangement. Any such arrangement is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation to provide a refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
